The Operator provides dental clinic management tools as described in product documentation and any order form or subscription agreement. Features and availability may change with reasonable notice where required by your agreement.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. The Operator may suspend access for security risks, non-payment where applicable, or violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

Your content and patient data

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on this site replaces independent professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or the use of the service should be capped as set out in your written agreement; where no such agreement exists, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
